Important Information Relating to Notices of Meeting and Annual Reports

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options available to shareholders as to how you receive communications from Saturn Metals Limited (Saturn Metals).

• ​Saturn Metals will no longer be sending paper copies of shareholder meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.
• Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications (such as meeting documents and Annual Reports) in physical or electronic form, or elect not to receive certain documents (such as Annual Reports).

Shareholder Communication Preferences

Saturn Metals security registers are maintained by Automic Pty Ltd (Automic). 

Security holders who wish to update personal or contact information, elect to receive communications electronically, such as the Company’s annual report or notice of meeting, or provide banking details can do so by accessing Automic’s online investor portal by visiting https://investor.automic.com.au. If you are not already a user of Automic’s online investor portal, you may follow the steps below to register:

1. Visit the Automic Investor Portal at https://investor.automic.com.au/
2. Click on the “register” button.
3. Type in STN and select “Saturn Metals Limited” in the Company Name Field ensuring that you click on the Company name from the drop-down list.
4. Enter your Holding Number, which can be found on your Holder Statement.
5. Enter a “Partial Holder Name” (Any 1 whole word from the registration name).
6. Enter your postcode.
7. Tick the box “I’m not a robot” and then select “Next”. 
8. Complete the prompts to set up your username and password details.
9. Update communication preferences: click on settings, then click portfolio profile, then click communication preference.
